Swim to Bike Bag
- Bike shorts & top if you choose
- Bike rain jacket
- Bike Socks w/Talc
- Bike Shoes w/Talc
- Bike Helmet (if not on bike)
- Race Belt w/Number
- Sunglasses
- Transition Towel
Bike to Run Bag
- Run Shorts, T-shirt, Long Sleeve
- Spare Sunglasses in Case
- Bodyglide
- Socks w/Talcum Powder
- Plasters
- Gels & Salt
- Run Cap
- Running Shoes w/Talc
Day Before
- Drop off T1 and T2 Bags
- Drop off Bike
- Deflate Tires if hot
- Apply Temporary Tattoos
On Bike for check in
- Gel Holder with gels & salt tabs
- Bike Number
- Seat Bag (Inner tubes, etc)
- Bike Computer (reset)
Bike Special Needs Bag
- Frozen Bottles with Energy
- Extra Salt
Race Morning To Do
- Drink ULTRAFUEL!
- Eat Salt
- Put Fluids on Bike
- Bike Pump Tires
- Drop off Special Needs Bags
- Wear Tri bottoms & Top
- Check Watch
- Check Chip on ankle
