Ingredients

- 100g rolled oats
- 350g milk (normal or plant based)
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup or agave nectar
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp of dairy-free chocolate chips
To Serve
- 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp thick greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings

Instructions
- Use a jar or container with a lid.
- Measure out 50g of rolled oats and pour them into your container.
- Add 175g of milk (or plant-based milk).
- Mix in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips.
- Stir everything well to combine all the ingredients, ensuring the oats are fully covered by the milk.
- Put the lid on tight and store in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning add the peanuts and stir them though (if you do the night before they tend to be soft the next day).
- Add the yogurt, chocolate shavings and drizzle of peanut butter to finish.
