Ingredients
Overnight Oats Base
- 50g Rolled Oats
- 120 Milk (or plant based milk)
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter OR 1 tbp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon OR 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- Brewed coffee swap some milk for coffee
Toppings
- 65g Greek Yogurt (or plant based yogurt)
- Cocoa Nibs or Chocolate Shavings
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Wait Time: 4 hours

Instructions
- Combine the oats, milk, chia seeds cocoa powder, brewed coffee in a bowl or jar until combined
- Cover the bowl or jar and place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours)
- Give the mixture a good stir and top with yogurt and cocoa nibs or chocolate shavings.
