Ingredients

Overnight Oats Base
  • 50g Rolled Oats
  • 120 Milk (or plant based milk)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter OR 1 tbp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon OR 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • Brewed coffee swap some milk for coffee
Toppings
  • 65g Greek Yogurt (or plant based yogurt)
  • Cocoa Nibs or Chocolate Shavings

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, milk, chia seeds cocoa powder, brewed coffee in a bowl or jar until combined
  2. Cover the bowl or jar and place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours)
  3. Give the mixture a good stir and top with yogurt and cocoa nibs or chocolate shavings.
